The Beading Set presents the relationship of numerals and quantities. The child will learn about the fixed order of the numerals and to associate them with proper quantities. This is a great exercise for the first introduction of numerals and counting. The child will also learn that the numeral Zero means none or nothing.
In this activity the child learns how to string beads. This also helps prepare the child for the Lacing Cards, Threading a Needle, the Sewing Boards, and other sewing activities.
Different sizes and types of beads can be used.
Bead stringing can also be done as an art activity.
